The Story of Blas
Blas Restaurant, situated within Twr y Felin Hotel in St Davids, celebrates the flavours of Pembrokeshire.
Born from a love of fresh, honest ingredients from our region, Blas began with a simple idea that food has the power to bring people together and nurture the soul.
From the farmers and fishermen who supply our kitchen to the chefs who craft each dish with care, every element of Blas reflects a deep connection to the land and sea around us.
The restaurant’s interior features large-scale artworks inspired by the vibrant landscapes of Pembrokeshire, enhancing the local ambience. We incorporate Welsh language elements in our menus, and our team includes fluent Welsh speakers who engage with guests in Welsh, adding an authentic cultural touch.
Housed in the historic building of the original temperance hotel, constructed around a windmill from the early 1900s, Blas Restaurant offers a captivating atmosphere that blends historical charm with contemporary design. On warm days, guests can dine on our terrace, taking in the sunset views over the peninsula and the iconic windmill tower.
