Breakfast Chef

Become part of the award‑winning culinary team behind three of Wales’ leading luxury boutique hotels and one of Pembrokeshire’s finest dining destinations. As our Breakfast Chef (£17,810 per year, 25 hours per week), you’ll take the lead each morning, crafting beautifully presented, fine‑dining standard breakfasts that set the tone for our guests’ stay.
This role suits someone who loves early shifts, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving high‑quality, fine‑dining breakfasts to company standards.
• Ensuring all allergies and dietary requirements are catered for safely and accurately.
• Managing stock levels, placing timely orders, and reducing waste.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well‑organised kitchen, using correct cleaning procedures.
• Working confidently without supervision during busy service periods.
• Supporting the team during key events such as Weddings, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays.
• Delivering warm, attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
• Promoting other departments within the Group to enhance guest experience.
• Building positive, collaborative relationships across all departments.
• Carrying out any reasonable duties requested by Heads of Department or colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally in a quality‑driven environment.

• Good command of English.
• A positive, team‑focused mindset.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across a 7‑day operation, 365 days a year.
