Breakfast Host

We are looking for a warm, attentive and guest‑focused Breakfast Host to join our team and help deliver an exceptional start to the day for every guest. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider team, you will ensure our breakfast service runs smoothly, professionally and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the daily operation of the restaurant floor during breakfast service, anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service
• Taking and posting orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all allergy and dietary requirements are asked for, noted and communicated clearly
• Ensuring the breakfast buffet is fully stocked with fresh items throughout service
• Explaining menu items and ingredients confidently to suit individual guest preferences
• Being aware of expected bookings and room occupancy, recognising regular guests and building positive relationships with all guests Handling guest feedback professionally and following company procedures for comments and complaints
• Maintaining a helpful, professional image and working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
• Upholding high standards of appearance, hygiene and behaviour in line with company expectations
