Breakfast Supervisor

We’re seeking a Breakfast Supervisor (£12.85 per hour, 22.5 hours per week, permanent role) to lead our morning service at Twr y Felin Hotel. You’ll oversee the smooth running of breakfast, deliver exceptional service, and ensure high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of breakfast service
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service
• Welcome regular guests and build strong guest relationships
• Take and post orders accurately, including allergies and preferences
• Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked and well presented
• Explain menu items and ingredients confidently
• Maintain a professional appearance and support colleagues across departments
• Be available for key events such as Weddings, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Supervisory role is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and holidays
