Chef de Partie
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our award‑winning team at Blas, our fine‑dining Three Rosette restaurant, and to work across Wales’ leading boutique hotels: Twr y Felin Hotel, Penrhiw Priory and Roch Castle. This is a fixed‑term contract from April to September 2026, ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a high‑quality, creative kitchen environment. Live‑in accommodation is available for the duration of the contract.
What we expect from you
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen department
- Prepare, store and dispose of food to the required standards
- Manage stock levels and ensure all food is used appropriately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with other departments across the hotels
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Maintain awareness of environmental responsibilities and contribute to energy‑efficient kitchen practices
