Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, confident and enthusiastic Receptionist (£13.70 per hour, Full‑time & Part‑time) to join our award‑winning team in the heart of the St Davids Peninsula. Based at Twr y Felin Hotel, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and will support reservations for Twr y Felin, Roch Castle, and Penrhiw Priory. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and want a varied, people‑focused role, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a smooth, welcoming and professional guest experience
• Manage reservations by phone and email
• Complete daily checklists and inbox tasks efficiently
• Record guest feedback accurately
• Share your knowledge of local attractions and activities to enhance guest stay
