Roch Castle Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for attending to our guests’ needs, from serving their breakfast to servicing their rooms and checking them in and out for their stay.

Shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm and 11am to 7pm. You must have flexibility for both shifts. Casual contract expected hours 24-40 p/week. £12.35 p/hour.

The role entails:

• Checking guests in and out
• Cleaning, maintaining, and restocking guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to our high company standards.
• Ensuring all public areas are clean and welcoming to guests at all times.
• Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
• Work efficiently to ensure guest rooms are completed before their arrival.
