Roch Castle Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for attending to our guests’ needs, from serving their breakfast to servicing their rooms and checking them in and out for their stay.

Shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm and 11am to 7pm. You must have flexibility for both shifts. £12.85 p/hour.

The role entails:

• Checking guests in and out with professionalism and warmth
• Cleaning, maintaining and restocking guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces to company standards
• Ensuring all public areas remain clean, tidy and welcoming at all times
• Responding to reasonable guest requests to ensure comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Working efficiently to prepare rooms ahead of guest arrival

Travel and Requirements
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Roch (SA62 6AQ) or plan to relocate before starting. Right to work in the UK is preferred.
