Spa & Check‑In Assistant at Twr y Felin Hotel

We’re looking for a Spa & Check-In Assistant to join our friendly team — someone who takes pride in high standards, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of our spa and guest experience. Your day will include:
• Preparing and switching on spa and treatment room equipment each morning
• Keeping the spa and treatment rooms spotless and beautifully presented
• Closing down equipment and facilities at the end of the day
• Greeting guests, escorting them to the spa or treatment rooms, and introducing them to the facilities
• Collecting guests after their experience and ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and cared for
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Working efficiently to keep treatment schedules running on time
• Liaising with Housekeeping and Laundry to ensure linen levels are maintained
• Completing checklists and keeping treatment rooms fully stocked
• Handling guest lost property correctly
• Supporting the housekeeping team during quieter spa periods
• Maintaining professionalism, personal hygiene, and correct uniform standards
• Being part of key operational periods such as weddings, events, Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays, and bank holidays
• Building strong, positive relationships across the whole team

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
• Exceptional service skills and a friendly, confident approach
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
• A great team player who can also work independently
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work across 7 days a week, 365 days a year
